Upon receipt of payment, we will reach out via email or phone to schedule a one-hour appointment.

Option #2: Quick File with the EEOC – $750

Don’t wait for an interview with the EEOC that can be MONTHS off in the future. Instead, start the process now!

We will prepare a Charge of Discrimination for filing with the EEOC. Upon signing up, you will be prompted for basic information and then an attorney will contact you to schedule an appointment. Upon finalization of the Charge of Discrimination, we will file it on your behalf with the EEOC.

This is our free option and requires you to complete a form here. We offer this option because we cannot conceivably speak to every person given the volume of calls and inquiries we receive. Unlike Options 1 and 2, this option does not guarantee a consult with an attorney.
